CFS is seeking a Revenue & Accounting Operations Manager in Windsor, CT to bridge Operations and Accounting and own the end-to-end order-to-cash process. You will lead a team to ensure accurate invoicing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial reporting, collaborating across functions to drive accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP, invoicing, revenue recognition, and GL.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead a five-person team overseeing order-to-cash and financial processing.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions from customer orders through revenue recognition and GL.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, IT, and leadership to improve processes and controls.
• Drive ERP optimization and operational excellence across departments.
• Report on financial results and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities For The Revenue & Accounting Operations Manager

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Accounting, ensuring accurate transaction flow through A/P, A/R, invoicing, revenue recognition, and the General Ledger.
• Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash process from customer order through billing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Manage and develop a five-person team supporting order administration, purchasing, invoicing, and transaction processing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Service, IT, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and ERP optimization.

Qualifications For The Revenue & Accounting Operations Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience (AR Manager, AP Manager, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, purchasing, revenue recognition, and General Ledger
• ERP experience required
