Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Manager, Shared Services to partner with executive leadership, standardize cross-entity accounting, and drive ERP and process improvements across eight operating companies.

You will lead a growing shared services team, oversee month-end close, and contribute to acquisitions and integrations within a PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting or shared services environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Systems implementation experience; Acumatica experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Standardize AP, AR, cash application, and accounting processes across multiple entities.
• Lead integration of acquired businesses into shared services, systems, and reporting structures.
• Drive ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and Chart of Accounts governance.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and GAAP-compliant processes.
• Lead and develop the shared services team while supporting month-end close and reporting activities.
