Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager in Indiana to own day-to-day Order-to-Cash processes, drive process documentation, and lead shared-services readiness across North America. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and reserve analyses while supporting month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Cash Application, or Credit Administration
• Proven track record improving O2C processes, controls, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of AR accounting, reconciliations, aging analysis, reserves, write-offs, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Ability to work independently, create processes, solve problems, and drive solutions
• Multi-entity, multinational, and/or IFRS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Order-to-Cash processes including accounts receivable, cash application, collections, deductions, credits, and account reconciliations
• Lead process documentation, standardization, and shared-services readiness initiatives across North America
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, reserve analyses, and support month-end close activities
• Analyze key O2C metrics and identify opportunities to improve collections, cash conversion, and operational performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and customer account challenges
• Support automation, ERP enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives impacting the O2C cycle
