Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager, Shared Services to report directly to the CFO and standardize accounting across eight operating entities as the organization scales. You will lead cross-entity processes and drive automation initiatives within a growing shared services function.

The role includes leading an integrated team, supporting month-end close and reporting, and contributing to acquisitions and integrations as part of a PE-backed growth strategy.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting or shared services environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Systems implementation experience; Acumatica experience is a plus.
