Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Experience with cost accounting and/or inventory accounting.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will work closely with the Controller and oversee a variety of accounting functions, with a particular emphasis on manufacturing, cost, and inventory accounting. This individual will also provide leadership to one accounting team member and play an important role in maintaining accurate financial information and improving accounting processes.

The company is currently undergoing a planned leadership transition within the accounting function, making this an exciting time to join the organization.
