Job summary

You will manage A/P, A/R, invoicing, subcontractor billing, and job costing, while collaborating with leadership and project teams to improve cost visibility, workflows, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, collections, general ledger activity, and financial reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor accounting processes, including pay applications, documentation, insurance tracking, compliance support, and subcontractor billing.
• Prepare job costing information, project accounting updates, and financial reports for management and project team review.
• Support project administration and billing workflows using construction accounting platforms such as Procore and Textura.
• Coordinate with leadership, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with payroll coordination and HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
