Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will manage the month-end close, oversee the general ledger, and support strategic financial decision-making.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. CPA is preferred and mentorship of staff is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
