We are partnering with a fast growing company seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and support financial visibility across multiple projects. This is a high‑impact role offering leadership responsibility, process improvement opportunities, and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger activity, reconciliations, and reporting
• Partner with leadership to provide insights on financial performance and trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations to ensure accurate cost tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
• Strong background in financial reporting and general ledger management
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Project accounting experience is a plus, especially in multi-project environments
