Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports and supporting schedules
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of assets, expenditures, and financial performance
• Maintain and update schedules; prepare and post accurate journal entries
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions across the general ledger
• Perform variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations
• Assist with external financial and tax audits
• Summarize and present financial information to management
• Partner with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams on projects and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proven success working independently and collaboratively with varying levels of staff
• Strong understanding of general ledger functions and close-cycle responsibilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel; ERP experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Base salary up to $83,000
