Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong GL, month-end close, and treasury.
• 2+ years of leadership experience; mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite, Encompass (LOS), and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
• Own the month-end close process, GAAP financial reporting, treasury activities, and reconciliations.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support audits and lender reporting.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, financial analyses, and support mortgage banking accounting activities, including loan valuations and commission calculations.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 base salary plus bonus
