Lansing - W Saginaw Hwy is seeking an Accounting Intern for a hands-on training program at our Administrative Headquarters in Linthicum, MD. The role introduces you to financial management and prepares you to become a Business Manager of your own financial operation.

You will gain exposure to accounts payable/receivable, financial statement analysis, and cross-department collaboration. The program emphasizes training, development, and performance-based growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a college student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an Accounting or Finance Major.
• Must be a senior or rising senior, graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have satisfactory background check including driving, with limited moving violations, no DUI/DWI within last 3 years, and valid social security on file.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.

We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree Program with an expected graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

• Must be able to start end of May 2027
• Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week.
• Must be able to commit to 12 weeks.
• Must be living within a 1 hour commute of Linthicum, MD for the summer of 2027
