Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Burlington, MA is seeking an Accounting Intern for a 10-week summer program. You'll earn $25/hour at our Group headquarters, starting late May/early June 2027 and lasting through August, with a maximum of 89 days.

The role introduces you to financial management and accounting procedures while partnering with rental branches. You'll gain hands-on experience in accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and analysis, while developing proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Commit to a 40 hour work week May - August 2027.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Accounting or Finance.
• Expected graduation date between August 2027-May 2028.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and tasks.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

The Internship is designed to be a temporary position with employment not to exceed 89 days and will start late May/early June and last through August with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

Responsibilities
