• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
• Must be willing to relocate outside local area/state within 1–3 years for potential promotions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic accounting procedures including accounts payable/receivable and financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Work with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions, cash receipts and petty cash.
• Filing and other administrative duties as needed.

This is a Summer 2027 Internship that will run from May 2027 to August 2027

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
