Qualifications

• High School/GED required; degree conferred on or before start date.
• Spclt Acctg - 2 years accounting/Bookkeeping experience.
• Spclt Acctg Sr - 3 years accounting/Bookkeeping experience.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a backup resource for financial and administrative operations across the Spears School of Business and assist with training new support staff.
• Support onboarding of student employees, graduate assistants, and lecturers.
• Process purchase requests, foundation vouchers, and other business transactions; assist with reconciliations and QuickBooks entry.
• Review travel requests and vouchers for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a resource on university travel policies and procedures.
• Provide support to departments and centers during staffing shortages or periods of increased workload.
• Assist the Accountant III with projects.
