Aston Carter is hiring a Finance / Accounting Coordinator for an on-site role in downtown Spokane, WA. You will support day-to-day financial operations, working with multiple departments, vendors, and the finance team to build hands-on accounting experience.

The role emphasizes structured training across financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting systems, with a Monday-Thursday schedule and a 4:00 p.m. Friday release.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Basic Excel skills, data sorting and organizing.
• Willing to learn new accounting processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports from multiple departments.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations.
• Support daily banking, funding, and cash-management activities.
• Process accounts payable transactions and payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Use Excel and Sage Intacct to track financials.
