Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/MIS or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing and quote information in company systems.
• Analyze gross margins, inventory, AR, and other financial metrics.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve variances.
• Analyze product costs, supplier pricing, overhead, and work-order reporting.
• Assist with customer quotations, pricing updates, and transfer-pricing accuracy.
• Perform GL analyses, reconciliations, journals, and month-end close activities.
• Create standard and ad hoc financial reports for operations and business decisions.
• Use Excel and data tools to identify trends and insights.
• Support factory planning, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
