Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support daily financial operations across billing, deposits, and reconciliations. In this role you will review guest and member inquiries, assist the Accounts Receivable team with group billing, and help prepare month-end processes.

You will work with Excel and standard accounting software, perform routine journal entries, and contribute to audits and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting processes.
• Strong computer skills with ability to perform tasks in accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Billing Review and respond to guest and member inquiries
• Review daily packs for issues and filing
• Assist Accounts Receivable department with group billing and review
• Review night audit reports
• Cash management
• Reconcile deposits
• Manage Daily banking hours
• Assist in preforming bank audit
• Office Support
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Payroll Compilation and Reconciliation with POS Systems
• Assistance with RMA revenue reconciliation
• Monthly Process Inventory
• Assist with property inventory audits
• Assist with counts audits
• Generate audit reports
• Ad hoc Reporting
• Re-occurring month end journal entries
• Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by a supervisor.
