Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a dependable Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position supports the daily accounting operations of our dealerships and is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing payables/receivables, entering invoices, reconciling accounts, month-end tasks, and maintaining meticulous financial records.

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Enter invoices, payments, and other accounting information accurately.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with daily accounting schedules.
• Process and verify dealership paperwork and transactions.
• Assist with bank deposits and cash reconciliations.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Department.
• Assist with month-end accounting processes as needed.
• Work closely with dealership departments to ensure timely and accurate information.
