Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent Accounting or Finance graduate to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This position offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical capabilities.
• Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or Power BI is a plus.
