• Accounts payable knowledge; Oracle and Global software are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices for three Truck Shops.
• Assist TN Truck Shop with Inventory Management.
• Review open POs at month end to ensure accurate accruals.
• Serve as backup for RCO Terminal invoice processing as needed.
• Review vendor statements to prevent delinquent payments.
• Enter Outside Service Work Orders into MGR Plus application.
