CFS is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support AP and AR in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will process a steady stream of invoices, perform data entry in the ERP system, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
• Able to manage high-volume invoices and multiple priorities.
• Proficient with basic to intermediate Excel; ERP knowledge a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices with 3-way matching.
• Enter invoices in Accumatica; handle PO and non-PO invoices.
• Process trailer, RV, parts, and warranty invoices.
• Manage weekly/monthly invoice volumes and reconciliations.
• Resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams via email, Teams, and calls.
