Job summary

Premium Property Management is seeking an Accounting Associate to support our growing accounting department. You will process invoices, transactions, and expenses, update the accounting database, and help expand your accounting knowledge.

This role collaborates with the teams at Premium Property Management, PPT Partners, and PPT Real Estate to manage AP/AR, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and assist with quarterly distributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, approval, and payment.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment processing, and customer communication.
• Manage Company Credit Cards, including collecting receipts from staff and ensure proper coding of expenses.
• Prepare quarterly distributions for the real estate fund.
• Deposit checks weekly; reconcile accounts and reports as needed.
• Process journal entries and adjustments in accounting system.
• Perform administrative support functions.
