Qualifications

• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with paperless accounts payable systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices.
• Enter transactions into the accounting system and reconcile accounts.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Collaborate with AR, finance, and purchasing teams.
