Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication within the organization and with customers.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good judgment and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, able to meet deadlines.
• 1–3 years accounting or related field preferred; associate degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections processes, report to deadlines, send letters and communicate with clients.
• Review AR aging and monitor accounts for non-payments and irregularities.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and maintain logs.
• Prepare bank deposits and submit invoices to accounts payable.
• Coordinate vendor setup with shared services accounts payable.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries.
• Distribute monthly credit card statements and manage receipts.
• Assist with office supply ordering and other duties as assigned.
