Responsibilities

• Collections process including reporting, deadlines, and client communication.
• Review AR aging and monitor non-payments and irregularities.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and maintain log.
• Submit invoices to shared services accounts payable.
• Coordinate new vendor setup with shared services accounts payable.
• Primary point of contact for vendor inquiries.
• Monthly credit card statement distribution and receipt process.
• Office supply ordering.
• Other duties as assigned.

This will include the financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment and collection of accounts. This is an entry level position.

Job Type:Full-time

Rate:$24.00-$28.85/hour

Responsibilities Include:

• Collections process to include reporting activities to deadline, monthly disconnect and collection letters, and client communication
• Review AR aging and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and maintain log
• Submit invoices to shared services accounts payable
• Coordinate new vendor setup with shared services accounts payable
• Primary point of contact for vendor inquiries
• Monthly credit card statement distribution and receipt process

• Other duties as assigned

You will need to have:
