Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and with external customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate good judgement and confidentiality.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• 1–3 years of accounting or related field preferred.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collections process to include reporting activities to deadline, monthly disconnect and collection letters, and client communication.
• Review AR aging and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and maintain log.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Submit invoices to shared services accounts payable.
• Coordinate new vendor setup with shared services accounts payable.
• Primary point of contact for vendor inquiries.
• Monthly credit card statement distribution and receipt process.
• Office supply ordering.
• Other duties as assigned.
