Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting experience with general ledger and journal entries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, prepare payments, and streamline the AP automation process.
• Perform month-end journal entries and duties as assigned.
• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns for required states.
• Manage daily banking activities and other reconciliations as assigned.
• Assist with customer account inquiries and posting customer payments.
