Responsibilities

• Manage deposits and disbursements on all accounts.
• Run accounts payable ageing reports to determine correct timing of outgoing payments.
• Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers.
• Assist with posting customer checks, vendor payments, and ACH payments.
• Monitor vendor statements, wire transfer requests, and other transactions.
• Assist the financial department, other assistants, and the accounting manager as needed.
