SP+ is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Austin, TX to manage accounts receivable, payroll processing, and customer service duties. The role supports the Facility Manager and handles daily deposits, statements, and overdue accounts. Strong MS Office and bookkeeping skills are desired.

Salary range is $23.00–$25.00 per hour with full-time benefits. Located at 91280 AUS SELF PARK, US-TX-AUSTIN, Texas.

Qualifications

• Professional and effective verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Experience with bookkeeping; familiarity with AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and post payments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and monthly statements.
• Coordinate overdue accounts and assist AR issues.
• Process payroll for downtown locations and enter payroll data.
• Answer calls, handle walk-in inquiries, and perform admin duties.
