Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.
• Perform monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and account schedules.
• Review transactions for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
• Perform account and expense variance analysis.
• Assist with fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure accounting.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with internal control procedures and documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Participate in process improvements and accounting-related projects.
