Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Collections via phone, text, email, or other company-approved means.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly collection goals.
• Process, record, and apply incoming payments.
• Assist with billing and invoicing functions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve customer disputes.
• Handling customer inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.
