• Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions and post customer payments.
• Handle daily deposits, match checks to invoices, and process pricing corrections.
• Support collections by responding to customer inquiries and participating in a shared phone queue.
• Process accounting batches that generate journal entries and maintain accurate records.
• Manage a designated portfolio of accounts while collaborating with teammates to meet department goals.
