Pine Crest Fabrics, a wholesale fabric supplier near the PDX airport, seeks a hardworking, organized individual for a part-time role 10-15 hours/week with flexible hours. Responsibilities include invoicing, posting payments, and A/P/A/R support.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an accounting degree or has 1+ year in accounting and demonstrates attention to detail, communication, and computer proficiency. We value accountability, authenticity, and proactive teamwork.

We are seeking an individual that demonstrates great skills with attention to detail, decision making, communication, creativity, and computer knowledge. The position is part-time 10-15 hours/week, hours are flexible.

Requirements

Applicant is working toward accounting degree or 1+ years in the accounting field.

Accounting Duties

• Generate invoices for A/R
• Posting of incoming payments
• Process and reconcile invoices for A/P
• Assist Controller and Operations as needed
• Filing for A/R and A/P
