Job summary

Pine Crest Fabrics, a wholesale fabric supplier near the PDX airport, seeks a hardworking, organized individual for a part-time role 10-15 hours/week with flexible hours. Responsibilities include invoicing, posting payments, and A/P/A/R support.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an accounting degree or has 1+ year in accounting and demonstrates attention to detail, communication, and computer proficiency. We value accountability, authenticity, and proactive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing accounting degree or 1+ year in accounting.
• Part-time schedule with 10–15 hours/week and flexible hours.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for A/R.
• Posting of incoming payments.
• Process and reconcile invoices for A/P.
• Assist Controller and Operations as needed.
• Filing for A/R and A/P.
