Position: Accounting Administrator, Purchase Cards

Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Administrator, Purchase Cards to join their team!

This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, and detail-driven accounting support. You’ll play a key role on a collaborative GL team, helping keep purchase card activity accurate, organized, and reconciled while supporting broader accounting operations. It’s a strong entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounting with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support purchase card activity and related general ledger tasks
• Compare bank statements and Excel reports for discrepancies
• Validate large data sets and identify missing or incorrect transactions
• Work extensively in Excel and Coupa
• Assist with reconciliations and data cleanup
• Partner with the GL team on day-to-day accounting support
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
