Experience supporting payroll, HR administration, or employee onboarding.
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, field services, or a similar operational environment.
Familiarity with business operations and supporting branch or department leadership.
Associate degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
You'll do well here if you:
Know your way around invoices and accounting systems. You're comfortable handling financial details accurately and understand the importance of meeting deadlines.
Can wear multiple hats. You enjoy variety and can shift between accounting, administration, and operational priorities.
Take ownership. You don't need to be reminded to follow up, resolve an issue, or keep something moving.
Stay organized under pressure. You can manage multiple requests without losing track of important details.
Are a true partner to the team. You're approachable, resourceful, and comfortable supporting both leadership and field employees.
Full-time, primarily office-based position.
