The position emphasizes accounts receivable ownership, payroll assistance, and flexible collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 7:30 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process client billing and invoicing accurately.
• Assist with data entry, account reconciliation, and file maintenance.
• Own accounts receivable activities, including following up on outstanding payments.
