HomeTown Pharmacy in New Era, MI seeks a detail‑oriented accounting professional to support the management team. You will manage daily tasks such as A/P, payroll, sales and bank reconciliations, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast‑moving environment.

You’ll collaborate on special projects, stay updated on industry rules, and contribute to compliant, efficient operations. A Bachelor's in accounting and strong GAAP knowledge are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong organization and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks (A/P, payroll, sales reconciliation, bank reconciliation).
• Work in a fast‑moving environment following established policies and procedures.
• Assist on special projects and planning with Supervisor as needed.
• Stay current on industry rules, trends, and new tech to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly.

HomeTown Pharmacy is looking for someone who’s detail‑oriented, financially minded, and comfortable discussing financial statements with people at all levels of the organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Accounting and requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility while supporting HTP’s Management Team and living out our mission.
