Tenax Aerospace in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance and Accounting team. This onsite role supports GAAP-compliant financial recordkeeping, general ledger, month-end, and audit readiness.
The candidate should have strong Excel skills, technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple legal entities in a fast-paced environment, partnering with the Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance and Accounting team. This is an onsite role responsible for supporting the company’s accounting operations, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The Senior Accountant will play a key role in general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting support, account reconciliations, audit preparation, and accounting research.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position partners across the organization to support financial reporting, board reporting, tax compliance, banking requirements, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
