HomeTown Pharmacy in New Era, MI is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional for a fully on-site role. The position reports to the Director of Accounting and requires confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility to support the Management Team.

You will handle day-to-day tasks including A/P, bi-weekly payroll, and multiple reconciliations, while staying current on GAAP and regulatory changes. A collaborative, organized workspace is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks: A/P, payroll (bi-weekly), sales reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Assist with special projects and planning with Supervisor when needed.
• Stay current on industry rules and technology to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly.
