Responsibilities

• Управление полным циклом учёта и межфилиальных транзакций для глобальных дочерних компаний.
• Подготовка и проверка финансовой отчётности и сверок баланса для множества юрисдикций.
• Руководство закрытием месяца и года, поддержка контрольных чек-листов.
• Координация местных налоговых деклараций и аудиторских пакетов.
• Контроль аудита and ответы аудиторским вопросам.
• Сверка локальных регистров с ERP.
• Проводить финансовый анализ, выявлять тренды и отклонения.
• Владение ERP-активностями и улучшение контроля, документации и автоматизации.
• Координация между Финансами, Зарплатой, Налогами, Юр. отделом и внешними партнёрами.

Задачи:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions for global subsidiaries
• Prepare and review financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, maintaining clear checklists and documentation
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual local statutory filings and provide complete support packages
• Oversee local statutory audits and resolve auditor questions and adjustments
• Reconcile local statutory records to the ERP
• Conduct financial analysis, identify trends or discrepancies, and present decision-useful insights
• Own assigned ERP activities and improve accounting standards, controls, documentation, and automation
• Coordinate dependencies across Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external partners
• Execute ad hoc financial projects and support junior teammates with practical guidance

At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year operating at senior-accountant scope CPA (or part-qualified) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification

Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, close, and audit support

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets

Meticulous attention to detail and a logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving

Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain quality across several entities

Strong written and spoken English; fluency in written and spoken English

Proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement and automation mindset

A reliable home internet connection
