Position Type: Temporary to Hire – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a permanent 3‑day weekend!)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Drive the Numbers: Own the preparation of timely, accurate financial statements, management cost reports, and GAAP‑compliant records.
• Lead the Team: Supervise, train, and mentor our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff to keep operations running like clockwork.
• Optimize & Protect: Maintain and elevate our internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.
• Strategic Support: Fuel our growth by supporting pricing decisions, operational benchmarking, and high‑impact business analysis.
• Compliance Champion: Oversee local, state, and federal reporting, tax filings, debt covenant compliance, and lead the charge on external audits.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years of solid accounting experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in a manufacturing environment).
• Audit & Cost Savvy: Proven experience supporting external audits, cost reporting, or operational financial analysis.
• Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish skills are a massive plus!
