Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including general ledger review and variance research.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense-related accounting functions as needed.
• Help prepare financial reports, schedules, and analysis for internal review.
• Ensure accounting transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support timely financial reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year DOE
