What You’ll Do: Financial Management & Reporting

• Issue timely and complete financial statements and management cost reports.
• Perform financial analysis as needed for pricing decisions and operational benchmarks.
• Ensure all periodic reconciliations and debt payments are completed accurately and on time.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and transaction controls.
• Perform Sales tax, property tax statements, Business license
• Monitor debt levels and ensure strict compliance with debt covenants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and the Corporate Accounting firm.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Maintain Sales and Daily Cash Position report for Cash Flow management
• Maintain Fixed Assets Ledger
• Basic working knowledge of Inventory Maintenance, Costing and Reconciliation

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience strictly within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Savvy: Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing/cost accounting, operational analysis, and external audits. Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
