Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their Accountant position in Longmont, CO. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with an annual salary between $70,000 and $85,000 and 100% onsite work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with ERP software (CSI INFOR), Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots), strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and the ability to work well on a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with ERP software (CSI INFOR preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• The ability to work effectively on a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing full-cycle accounts payable.
• Processing full-cycle accounts receivable.
• Researching and resolving customer and vendor payment discrepancies.
• Producing and analyzing financial reports.
• Reconciling GL accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
• Assisting with month-end close duties.
• Developing and implementing new standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
• All other related tasks as required.

• 1 week of PTO accumulated in first year of employment, 2 weeks of PTO until the 4th year of employment, and additional PTO granted with longer tenure


• 7 paid holidays per year
