Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking an Accountant – AP Analyst to join our Tulsa team onsite. You will own accounts payable processes, ensure accuracy, and support month-end close in a small business office.

You will manage invoice processing, vendor inquiries, and reconcile AP ledgers, while collaborating with Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounting. The role requires strong Excel skills, detail orientation, and experience with ERP systems such as Sage 100.

Qualifications

• Experience processing accounts payable in a high volume office setting.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Sage 100 or similar ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accounts payable workflow to ensure invoices and vendor requests are handled promptly.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with weekly payment processing and cash disbursement activities.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and support month-end close activities.
• Help identify aged invoices, unapplied credits, and other outstanding accounting items.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and Accounting teams to maintain accurate financial records.

What You\'ll Do

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
