The ideal candidate will own day-to-day accounting, maintain QuickBooks records, manage AP/AR, and support month-end close, with opportunities to improve processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Experience with month-end close.
• QuickBooks experience required.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices to improve collections and cash flow
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
