Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. in Longmont, CO is seeking an Accountant with 5+ years of relevant experience for a 100% onsite DIRECT HIRE role.

You will handle full-cycle AP/AR, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and participate in month-end close, with opportunities to improve procedures and internal controls.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accountant job in Longmont, CO. To qualify you, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $70,000 and $85,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing full-cycle accounts payable
• Processing full-cycle accounts receivable
• Researching and resolving customer and vendor payment discrepancies
• Producing and analyzing financial reports
• Reconciling GL accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts
• Assisting with month-end close duties
• Developing and implementing new standard operating procedures to improve efficiency
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with ERP software (CSI INFOR preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• The ability to work effectively on a team

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $70,000 and $85,000
• Medical, dental and vision benefits
• 401(k) or Roth retirement account
• 1 week of PTO accumulated in first year of employment, 2 weeks of PTO until the 4th year of employment, and additional PTO granted with longer tenure
• 7 paid holidays per year
