Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Staff Accountant to own full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, journal entries, and month-end close. You will balance day-to-day tasks with financial reporting and process improvements, supporting audits and intercompany reconciliations.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, ERP proficiency (NetSuite, Oracle, Sage), and strong GAAP knowledge. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
