The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections, excellent Excel skills, and attention to detail. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generating and sending out client invoices and credit memos.
• Managing client applications for lines of credit.
• Collecting payments and applying them to client accounts.
• Running various reports (AR, aging, collections, etc.).
• Preparing for audits.
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Informing clients of overdue payments; working with clients to establish payment plans as necessary.

Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work partially in the Boulder office and partially from home using company-provided equipment.
